This year, Epley Research & Consulting celebrates 20 years of helping clients gain a better understanding of their customers.  Stephen W. Epley, originally founded the company in 1987 as Epley Marketing Services, Inc. Steve began his career as an instructor after earning his doctorate in psychology from the University of Iowa. He taught at several colleges and universities but traded the title of college professor for research consultant when he recognized the great need of businesses to connect with their customers.
