Hy-Capacity Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc.was founded in 1978 as a re-manufacturer of clutches, water pumps and torque amplifiers for the agricultural market.  They have recently added the re-manufacturing of tractor seats and cab interiors.They have expanded from their Humboldt location from one small building to a complex of over 71,000 sq. ft. In addition, facilities have been expanded at Livermore and Dayton to 30,000 sq. ft. Employment has expanded to over 100 employees.
