Hy-Line North American is headquartered in West Des Moines. It is a world leader in poultry genetics with a rich Iowa history and is currently the largest selling egg layer in America, selling to more than 120 countries worldwide.

A new 95,000 sq. ft. egg production facility is being constructed on a 25-acre site in the Wilton Industrial Park with plans to open in early 2016. This facility will be Hy-Line's largest hatchery, capable of producing 150,000 chicks per day. Hy-Line is also looking to add 12 breeder flock facilities in the area.
