In 1979, Randy Schultz built and sold his first custom powerboat. For the next 29 years, Randy and his company, Profile Custom Powerboats, sold more than 550 boats. Staying true to custom powerboat building, not one of his boats was an identical duplicate of another. The ‘no-copies’ policy ensured all owners received a one-of-a-kind powerboat and simultaneously protected the resale value of the boats.

In early 2005, Profile Powerboats was sold.  Randy Schultz joined forces with Ryan Kratz to form Liquid Glass Powerboats to focus exclusively on building catamarans. The mission of this new venture with deep, experienced roots was to construct the finest, custom-built luxury-powered catamarans in the world.
