MWI Components (formerly Metal Works Inc.) located in Spencer is a sheet metal manufacturer of a variety of ventilation products for metal-clad buildings.  The company currently occupies a 40,000 sq.ft. building with a 23,000 sq. ft. expansion completed.  MWI Components (formerly Metal Works) employs nearly 50 people at their facility in the Spencer Tech Park.
