Murphy-Brown LLC has been in Iowa for 26 years and with the Algona Feed Mill in operation for 16 years. Murphy-Brown understands the importance of efficiency and has recently completed a $1.5 million investment in its feed mill. They added a pellet mill conditioner and replaced an existing pellet mill, which increased their efficiency in producing a ton of feed by 27%, and also increased their feed production by approximately 30-35%. Murphy-Brown has earned the reputation of being a good business, employer, and corporate citizen in Iowa.
