2021 Revolving Loan Fund Workshops
About the RLF Workshop
This workshop is for anyone who works with Revolving Loan Funds but is specifically tailored to USDA RD’s REDL&G program. The topics will include an overview of the REDL&G program and closing initials awards; administration of an RLF including evaluating applications, financial statements, and collateral options; closing loans and perfecting liens; organizing and maintaining loan files, annual reporting to USDA, audits, as well as marketing and outreach.
Locations:
- October 21 – Des Moines (In-Person and Zoom)
CIPCO Training Room - October 26 – Storm Lake
Ballou Building, Buena Vista University - This is also the office of the President of the University located at 425 College Ave in Storm Lake. Parking is in Lot K which is directly south of the building.
Time: 10:00 am – 2:30 pm
Cost: $75 pp for in-person attendance and $45 for Zoom (Des Moines session only) Included with your registration for in-person attendees is lunch and workshop materials. Zoom participants will receive the workshop materials either via USPS if time allows or in a PDF.
