West Central Soy Value Added Ag Venture Award Recipient in 2002 Nominated by Glidden Rural Electric Cooperative In 2002 West Central Soy and its cooperative members have built the largest and most state-of-the-art soy diesel facility in the country. Considered the fuel of the future, biodiesel is a cleaner burning fuel that meets the toughest pollution standards. West Central Soy will produce 12 million gallons of biodiesel from 12.5 million bushels of soybeans annually at their Ralston facility in Carroll County.
