R.J. Thomas Manufacturing Company of Cherokee began their operation in 1959 manufacturing outdoor park and campground equipment.  Their product line has grown over the years to include picnic tables, park benches, grills, frames, and other equipment.  R.J. Thomas Manufacturing is a second-generation family owned business.  Their products can be found in city, state, and national parks, campgrounds, amusement parks, churches, schools throughout the U.S. and in numerous foreign countries.   Today R.J. Thomas has over 200,000 sq.ft. of production and warehousing space with nearly 60 employees utilizing 3D CAD technology, robotic welders, and computer driven equipment.
