Day Break Foods, Inc. of Graettinger and Estherville, an innovator and leader in the egg production and processing industry, recently completed a 1.2 million egg laying facility near Graettinger.   The expanded complex includes its own feed mill and egg breaking facility.  Day Break Foods’ Estherville operation also expanded their egg laying facility and became the first project in the country specifically designed to meet new poultry industry standards.   Day Break Foods employs approximately 40 people in the Graettinger and Estherville area.
