Located in Keosauqua, the Barker Company was founded in 1982. The company manufactures both refrigerated and non-refrigerated display cases for the supermarket, convenience store and food service industries. The work force has grown from 10 during that first year, to over 450 people today.   The Barker Company “campus” in downtown Keosauqua now includes a research and development facility.
