WIPCO Assists Manning Company with USDA Funding Puck Custom Enterprises will receive $666,250 from USDA Rural Development to expand their fabrication and assembly operation near Manning in Audubon County. The company manufactures liquid manure application equipment for the swine and dairy industries and also applies over 150 million gallons of manure annually in Western Iowa. The operation will employ 17 and expects to grow over time. The expansion project includes the construction of a 15,000 sq.ft. building to improve efficiencies for assembling the manure handling umbilical cord system that is being sold throughout the country and into Canada. Western Iowa Power Cooperative provides power to Puck Custom Enterprises and was instrumental in assisting IADG to secure the USDA Rural Development loan for the company.
