Ewing Land Development & Services (Jeff & Tina Ewing owners) purchased and developed the 25 acre Westport business park at the west entrance to Pella.  The Development includes a hotel, office & restaurant building, senior living facility, health & fitness center, three professional office buildings and a convenience store.  All of the development structures maintain Dutch architectural design and the total complex employs nearly 200 people for the Pella community.   Ewing Land Development & Services has developed and continues to manage several senior housing communities in Waukee, Indianola, Newton and Ankeny.
