Iowa Cage-free is Iowa’s newest egg production facility.  The six building complex, houses 600,000 layers and produces over 5.3 million eggs annually.  Iowa Cage-free is utilizing the latest technology available and has incorporated new concepts and features to address layer comfort and productivity.  The facility contributes to the regional health of the ag economy by utilizing over 900,000 bushels of corn and soybeans and by providing a source of high quality fertilizer for grain producers throughout the area.
