Marshalltown Gateway Centre The Marshalltown Gateway Centre developed by Consumers Energy in Marshalltown is welcoming their first project to the business park. Phoenix E-Waste Solutions is a local company that handles the growing volume of computer “electronics-waste” currently being land-filled in central Iowa. The company expects to break ground this spring on a 15,625 sq.ft. facility. “This project is a great match for our new business park,” stated Brian Heithoff, CEO of Consumers Energy. “The Marshalltown Gateway Centre was developed with these kind of projects in mind.
