Iowa Area Development Group and the Institute for Decision Making have established a partnership with Delta Dental.   The effort focuses on the establishment of a new initiative to help locate dentists in rural Iowa.   

 

The program is called the Iowa Rural Dental Health Initiative and it is all ready underway to “FIND” new dentists for rural Iowa communities.   FIND stands for Fulfilling Iowa’s Need for Dentists.   IADG and IDM have conducted surveys with rural dentists and communities that have successfully located and retained practitioners for their communities.    The FIND initiative is an attempt to strengthen rural health care efforts which will directly affect communities, companies and local economies.
