The Mount Pleasant Area Development Commission announced the sale of their second speculative building project located in the Crossroads Industrial Park to Fluoro-Seal International based in Houston, Texas.  

The company develops treatment processes that enable their clients to push the traditional boundaries of how plastics are used and where.   Fluoro-Seal has treated over 1.5 billion plastic bottles and containers.    

Bill McKim, President of the Mount Pleasant Area Development Group said, “We are very Pleased to welcome Fluoro-Seal to Mount Pleasant and Henry County.  They are an outstanding International company that will be a tremendous asset to our business community.”

Access Energy was instrumental in assisting the Mount Pleasant community in development the Crossroads Industrial Park and also the spec building projects.  Access Energy will provide power to the Fluoro-Seal Project.
