Grasshorse Technologies, Inc. an emerging business focused on animation content for the entertainment industry has located their offices in Mount Pleasant.   The new operation found friendly digs at the former headquarters of Access Energy on the eastern side of the community.  

 

“Access Energy has been very helpful and supportive for our project,” said Kathy Buxton, CEO for Grasshorse.  We have all ready relocated two Iowans to the Mount Pleasant area from Florida and our firm expects to grow in the future.  The new location will help Grasshorse to further our research and development for the animation industry.” 

 

The company has developed a new proprietary animation process,  which greatly enhances development of animated material for the industry.
